At Pindan Safety and Risk Management Services we know that businesses want to comply with their legal obligations, maintain safe and healthy workplaces and prevent harm to the unique and sensitive environments they operate in.

To achieve this, organisations must understand their obligations and duties, identify and eliminate or manage the risks associated with their activities and continually monitor any risk controls they introduce to ensure they are working effectively.

We understand there are many challenges to this including rapidly changing legislation, managing community expectations and reputation, decarbonisation, increasingly diverse workforces, mental health related illness, extensive labour contracting, working in remoted and isolated areas and chronic health impacts.

This can leave organisations feeling exposed, at risk of injuring their workers, harming the environment, reputational damage or failing to meet their duties as employers.
