We can transition businesses to an integrated management system (IMS), creating efficiencies, scalability, and value for our clients. Examples of how this is achieved includes;

• Developing a single IMS Policy to replace multiple policies

• Developing a single IMS Manual or Plan to replace multiple standalone documents, covering similar content

• Reducing documentation by mapping relationships with similar documents such as site management plans, safe work methods, registers and forms

 

The Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) Cycle forms the backbone of our management system services, embracing simplicity and systematic progression, following four distinct stages;

• Planning phase – we establish objectives and actions necessary to achieve the expected results of our clients, for example identifying hazards, assessing risks, and developing mitigation plans and procedures

• Doing phase – we support our clients to implement their plans, execute processes, train workers and ensure the availability of resources

• Checking phase -we enable our clients to monitor and evaluate implemented processes and their outcomes, measure performance against objectives, conduct internal audits and inspections and collect data for analysis

• Acting phase - we support taking corrective actions based on collected data, identifying root causes of issues, and implementing preventive actions
